Our Nikon-trained technicians will evaluate your product and determine a solution. We offer a three-year warranty for all Nikon camera bodies bought from us and a one-year warranty for all Nikon products. If your product is under warranty and the problem is covered, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Otherwise, we will send you a quotation for approval before engaging in any work. Once the warranty is certified or payment is received, our technicians will work to repair the product as soon as possible, subject to the availability of necessary parts, and let you know when you can expect to receive it.
